Tessa needs the following ingredients: - 6 whipping cream - 2 tbs powdered sugar - 60 g roasted hazelnuts - 225 g cherries, cut in halves and stoned - 120 g chopped plain chocolate - 2 round chocolate cakes ( diameter of 20 cm) - 4 tbs cognac - 4 tbs amaretto. For the decorations: - 2 tbs powder sugar - 2 tbs cocoa powder She uses these ingredients in the following way: Beat the whipping cream in a big bowl. Add the sugar with a spatula. Then fold the hazelnuts, cherries and chocolate through the whipped cream with a spatula. Cover the bowl with a plastic film and put it in the fridge. Cut one of the cakes into pizza slices and cover the cake mould with it: cover the bottom and the sides. Mix the cognac with the amaretto and sprinkle the cake in the tin. Take the whipped cream mixture out of the fridge and put it into the tin. Place the remaining cake on top of it and cut it to size. Cover the tin with a plastic film and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Sift the powder sugar into a bowl, for decoration. Sift the cocoa into the other bowl.
